Terms & Conditions — Bubbles Scuba PADI Course Gift Card
课程礼品卡条款与细则（Bilingual）
1. Issuer（发行方）
This gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Bubbles Scuba and can only be redeemed for its PADI Open Water Course.
本礼品卡（“礼品卡”）由 Bubbles Scuba 发行，仅限兑换其提供的 PADI Open Water 课程。
2. Validity Period（有效期）
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
礼品卡自购买日起 一年内有效，有效期不可延长。
3. Redemption（兑换方式）
To redeem, the holder must provide the gift card number when booking and contact Bubbles Scuba to arrange course dates.
兑换课程时需提供礼品卡编号，并联系 Bubbles Scuba 安排课程时间。
4. Course Requirements（开班要求）
The course price is based on two participants.
Single participants will be required to pay the price difference.
课程为 两人成行标准价格；若报名时只有一人，则需 补齐单人课程差价。
5. Transferability（可转让性）
The gift card may be transferred. Please notify Bubbles Scuba if ownership changes.
礼品卡可转赠。如转让给他人，请告知 Bubbles Scuba。
6. Loss or Theft（遗失／被盗）
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or reissued.
礼品卡若遗失或被盗，将无法补发、替换或退款。
7. Refund Policy（退款政策）
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
礼品卡 不予退款，也不可折现或兑换为账户余额。
8. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling（改期／取消）
If a course is affected by weather or safety conditions, Bubbles Scuba will assist with rescheduling.
若因天气或安全因素影响课程，Bubbles Scuba 将协助重新安排上课时间。
9. Participant Eligibility（参加者资格）
Participants must meet the health and safety requirements for scuba diving.
参与者须符合潜水活动的健康与安全要求。
10. Amendments（条款更新）
Bubbles Scuba reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Bubbles Scuba 保留随时更新条款的权利。
